why do you believe what your relatives say? I would know that i had an imaginary friend at 8. if my mom told I had one, i would say that she was lying.

So you believe in something that supposedly happened that you don't remember? Age 8 is not even that young. I remember every thing that happened to me at that age. If someone told me something that supposedly happened, and i don't remember it, i would say he or she is lying especially if it's something memorable such as an imaginary friend.

my mother, for example, said that as a teenager i told her i wanted to live with her forever. I don't remember ever saying that because i remember wanting to be independent as soon as possible. I called my mother a liar, and said she was creating memories in her head.
