if i go to sleep any earlier i'll just lie in bed without going to sleep. my sleep schedule is all fucked up. I tried going to bed at 2:00 am and i just couldn't sleep. I would just lie in bed for 1 hour.

Something weird happens when i tried to go to bed early and i can't sleep. I have to stay up longer because trying to sleep will make me less tired and will make me unable to sleep
