Does this contain enough helium?

The guides I've seen say I need a helium valve. Where do I find one?

Is this what they mean?

Thanks.

I don't think so, these are for sealing balloons. The type of valve you need is for regulating the flow of the helium out of the tank, and the tank you posted seems to have one installed already. Good luck.
