try tylenol pm

With tylenol pm, it takes me an hour to sleep, but at least i sleep. Without it, i wouldn't sleep at all unless i stay up 5 or 6 in the mourning.

tylenol is paracetamol. It has nothing to do with sleep and fucks up your liver. Lorazepam may work.
