I hate introductions and farewells.

I hate manners. That's why i eat alone. I feel uncomfortable eating in front of people because i can't eat like slob. I like eating like a slob

Because that's what you're meant to say. They don't really care how you are, and they don't really want to know, it's just stupid, meaningless small talk.

The best way to deal with it is just to play along. No one cares.
